Sanjay has some type of blood clot in his brain. The family already sold their land in order to raise enough money ( ≈ $1,300 )  to get the tests. Now they are facing additional charges of another $1000 for the surgery to remove the problem. As long as the problem remains the child remains paralyzed on the right side of his body.
